One of the key steps in our project management approach is to conduct a discovery phase at the beginning of every project. This allows us to gain a deeper insight into your organization, your workflows, your challenges, and your goals. It also enables you to experience our work style, our values, and our vision for how we can collaborate effectively, without committing too much time or resources. This service is typically 2 months long, and the output of this services is a deep-dive detail of your systems as well as recommendations for improvement.

Our next step after a successful discovery phase is to provide a service of designing solutions that align with the recommendations we have agreed upon. This service usually lasts for two months as well. The deliverables of this service include diagrams of the processes, procedures and network systems for a future state I.T system.

Our services do not have to end with Architecture. We also offer Engineering services to implement what we have designed. This involves constructing the systems according to the architectural specifications, while maintaining parallelism and non-production status. The output of this system is a full-functional turnkey production ready enviroment.

When we are clear that the engineering is operating as expected, we now offer the phase of change management with implemention. We will train users on how to use the new systems, phase out the old systems and replace them. We will build consumable communications and work with project teams to introduce the new technology in a way that works for them. The phase of this service may also take between 4-6 months.

Upon a successful implementation we offer services to continue operations and maintenance of those systems. This is performed by an excellent partnering organization that will have been partially involved in the implementation phase so that a hand-off is smooth, and as a customer, already familiar with the team.
